A big thank you for the session yesterday which was incredibly well received. Rarely do you see such an engaged group on an online session and I was thrilled to see so much involvement. We covered some clearly sensitive topics at times but generally people were open and happy to share. You gave us some really thought-provoking takeaways. This type of work, versus the skills-based training that people are used to is far more welcome and seen as a real benefit. Your style is very captivating, I thoroughly enjoyed it too.
